As I arrive at Cultivate Las Vegas for my shift, the sun is just peeking over the horizon. It’s 7:30 AM, and we have an hour before opening. First on the agenda is a team huddle where we discuss our goals for the day and any new products or promotions.

At 8:30 AM sharp, we open our doors. The first customers of the day are often regulars, seeking their favorite products before heading to work. As a budtender, I pride myself on remembering their preferences and offering personalized recommendations.

During slower moments, I restock shelves and update our online inventory. We take pride in offering a wide selection of high-quality cannabis products, from flower to edibles and everything in between.
Afternoon Education
In the afternoon, I lead a mini-workshop for newer team members. Today’s topic: terpenes and their effects. Continuous education is a cornerstone of our operations, ensuring we can provide accurate information to our customers.
Evening Wind-Down
As the day comes to a close, we prepare for the evening rush. Las Vegas never sleeps, and neither does the demand for top-tier cannabis. We meticulously clean and organize the store, ensuring it’s ready for another day of serving our community.
